What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 3–7 working days from artwork approval and deposit receipt. Larger or more complex jobs (signage, vehicle branding, bulk apparel) may take longer, and we'll always confirm timelines on your quotation.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes. We deliver to every major centre and outlying town in South Africa via trusted courier partners. Delivery is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions and destination.

What branding methods do you offer?

Screen printing, embroidery, DTF, sublimation, vinyl, digital and offset print, foiling and laser engraving. We'll recommend the best method for your artwork, garment and budget.

Can I supply my own garments?

Absolutely. We're happy to brand client-supplied garments. Please note our standard branding warranty applies only to garments we've quality-checked, and we don't take responsibility for garment defects on supplied stock.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by product and branding method. Screen printing typically starts at 25 units, embroidery at 10, and print jobs can often be done from a single unit. Ask us and we'll always try to accommodate.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes. Our in-house design team handles logos, brand identity systems, artwork clean-up, print layouts and digital assets. Full pricing is on your quotation.

Every project is quoted individually. Send us your brief via the Request a Quote form or WhatsApp and we'll respond within one working day.

What payment methods do you accept?

EFT is our preferred method. Banking details appear on every quotation and invoice. We do not process online card payments at this stage.

What deposit is required?

A deposit is required to begin production on all orders. The exact percentage is confirmed on your quotation. The balance is due on completion, before delivery or collection.

When does production begin?

Production begins once we've received your signed artwork approval and cleared deposit. Both are required to lock in your production slot and turnaround.

Can I see artwork before production?

Yes. Nothing goes to production without your written approval. We send digital proofs (mockups) of every item, and you can request changes before signing off.

Can I reorder previous jobs?

Yes. We keep artwork on file for reorders, and repeat customers enjoy faster turnaround because setup work has already been done.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What happens if I need changes after approving artwork?

Once artwork is approved, production is booked and materials may already be ordered. Changes after this point may incur additional costs and can affect the delivery date. We'll always confirm before proceeding.
