Terms & Conditions

All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless clearly indicated.

Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities and artwork supplied at the time of quoting. Any changes may result in a revised quotation.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm any order and to move it into production. The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to collection or delivery.

Orders are only considered confirmed once the deposit has reflected in our account and artwork has been approved in writing.

The client is responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format, resolution and colour mode. Where LDS HUB creates or adjusts artwork, a digital proof will be issued for approval.

Production only begins once the client has approved the proof in writing (email or WhatsApp confirmation is accepted). LDS HUB is not responsible for spelling, layout, colour or content errors present in approved artwork.

Turnaround times are estimates and are calculated from the date of deposit payment and artwork approval — whichever is later. Timelines may be affected by stock availability, courier delays or public holidays.

Due to the nature of printing, embroidery and branding processes, slight variations in colour, placement and finish may occur. A tolerance of up to 10% variance is considered acceptable and does not constitute a defect.

Payment is made via EFT to the banking details provided on the quotation or invoice. No online payments are processed through this website. Proof of payment must be emailed to info@ldshub.co.za.

Orders are available for collection by appointment. Delivery can be arranged at the client's cost via a nominated courier. Risk in the goods passes to the client upon collection or hand-over to the courier.

Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations received prior to production may be refunded less any costs already incurred (design, setup, materials).

The client warrants that they own or have permission to use any logos, images or trademarks supplied to LDS HUB. LDS HUB retains ownership of original design concepts until paid for in full.

LDS HUB's liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from delays, defects or the use of the goods supplied.

Personal information provided in the course of a quote or order is used solely to fulfil that order and communicate with the client. We do not sell or share client information with third parties, save for couriers or service providers required to complete the order.
